Through non-judgmental listening and insightful thinking, I will facilitate you in identifying and analyzing the different, inherent patterns that hinder your thoughts and actions, and assisting you in building and developing healthier and more balanced new ways to alleviate your emotional and behavioral burdens.Īs a mother of two children, I have deep insights and understanding of how women can navigate multiple social roles and balance self-care. Without careful reflection, we might not even be aware of how these hidden, inherent patterns cause us distress and limitation. Many of these troubles stem from our early life experiences and can affect our behaviors, emotions, and relationships for many years, sometimes even developing into personality disorders. In our sessions, I will encourage you to bravely face some of the deeper troubles within, such as feeling inadequate, dissatisfaction with interpersonal relationships, feeling misunderstood and disrespected, disappointment with work, life, and romantic relationships, lack of love/love addiction, fear of illness, obsession and compulsion, anxiety, insomnia, and more. I speak English and Mandarin fluently, having graduated from Stanford University, Santa Clara University, and California Southern University. Welcome! If you're looking for therapy for yourself or a loved one, know that you are taking a brave step toward a better life!
